Welcome To The Groom Room!
We are a full service grooming salon in Arnold, MO. We opened our doors in July '07. We groom all breeds of dogs at a great price. Heather Sears, owner, has over 20 years experience, and has even groomed show dogs. Ashley Sacco has been with us for 7 years and is amazing with each and every dog she comes into contact with. Aryiel has been grooming for 4 years and is our creative specialist and even has won competitions. Alix has been with us for 3 years and is excellent with doodles, as well as all breed grooming.
Our Policies

We require Rabies vaccinations on all dogs.

We are appointment based. To accomodate pets and employess, we require pick up within an hour of being notified.

If you cannot pick up within the required time frame, please discuss the matter with your stylist when you book your appointment. If notified the day of appointment that you cannot pick up at the required time frame, the appointment may be subject to be canceled at your expense, and late pick up fees may apply.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, fees will be applied to your bill.

If you can't make your appointment, 24 hour notice is required. Cancelation within the 24 hour window will result in a $10 fee (per pet booked) added to your next grooming appointment.

NO SHOWS: no showing your appointment without notice will result in a $25 fee (per pet booked) to be paid before you can book your next appointment.

If your pet requires special handling, fees may be applied to your bill.

We care about your pet's safety and well being. If at any time we feel it is unsafe to continue, we will call right away. All grooms are recorded for the safety of everyone. We appreciate your business and look forward to treating your pet like family.
