Welcome To The Groom Room
We are a full service grooming salon in Arnold, MO. We opened our doors in July '07. We groom all breeds of dogs with health and safety being our top priority. Heather Sears, owner, has over 25 years experience, and has even groomed show dogs. Ashley Sacco, manager, has been with us for 10 years and is multi-talented with each and every dog she comes into contact with. Josh Lumpkins has been with us for over a year and is amazing with Aussies, as well as all breed grooming. He dedicates his time to ensure all dogs are looking their best and comfortable. Haley Lawson has been grooming for 3 years and joined our team in 2024. She excels in all breeds and strives to give your pup the best experience possible.
Our Policies

We require Rabies vaccinations on all dogs.

We are appointment based. To accomodate pets and employess, we require pick up within an hour of being notified.

If you cannot pick up within the required time frame, please discuss the matter with your stylist when you book your appointment. If notified the day of appointment that you cannot pick up at the required time frame, the appointment may be subject to be canceled at your expense, and late pick up fees may apply.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, fees will be applied to your bill.

If you can't make your appointment, 24 hour notice is required. Cancelation within the 24 hour window will result in a $10 fee (per pet booked) added to your next grooming appointment.

NO SHOWS: no showing your appointment without notice will result in a $25, $50 or full appointment fee (per pet booked) to be paid before you can book your next appointment. Fee is based on type of grooming appointment and frequency of no shows.

If your pet requires special handling, fees may be applied to your bill.

We care about your pet's safety and well being. If at any time we feel it is unsafe to continue, we will call right away. All grooms are recorded for the safety of everyone. We appreciate your business and look forward to treating your pet like family.
